These Terms & Conditions govern the Renty marketplace for Vietnam . "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" mean the operator. Use of the Site means acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Entry into agreement

If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Updates may be posted here. Check the effective date when you return.

Marketplace function

Renty displays rental options and helps you submit requests. The car rental provider identified in booking handles the rental itself. Provider terms apply to the rental service.

User obligations

You must provide accurate data, protect credentials, comply with law, and avoid abuse of the Site.

Forbidden activities

  • unauthorised automated access or scraping
  • security interference
  • fraudulent bookings
  • impersonation
  • unauthorised collection of user data

We may limit access where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Rights in Site materials

Content is owned by Renty or licensors. Personal, non commercial use is allowed unless otherwise stated.

Listing and availability

Information may be incomplete or contain errors. No guarantee of lowest price or full market coverage.

Warranty and liability

Site provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties excluded and indirect liability limited. Mandatory rights preserved.

Miscellaneous
